Cybersecurity Engineer. MSc Cyber Security, University of Aberdeen. Early OKX.AI contributor. MIT Media Lab contributor.
About
I am Gideon Opukeme, a cybersecurity engineer based in Aberdeen, Scotland, currently completing an MSc in Cyber Security at the University of Aberdeen. I build detection and response tooling: an LLM prompt injection firewall, a genetic algorithm fuzzer that discovers jailbreak bypasses, an autonomous SOC analyst, and Sigma detection rules written for Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar and Elastic environments.
Before cybersecurity I was among the earliest developers on OKX.AI, deployed six autonomous security agents, and placed 3rd in the X Layer Arena at OKX Build X Season 2 with Parry Protocol. I've contributed detection rules to SigmaHQ and Elastic, shipped smart contracts with a perfect ChainGPT audit, and hold Google and Fortinet certifications.
